Drawing inspiration from Giorgio Moroder’s unique blend of disco and epic dark atmospheres & fusing with her own signature lyrics, melodies and a zeitgeist club sound - there is no denying that Brighton/London based electronic singer-songwriter Salt Ashes has established herself as an artist to watch, especially having earned stamps of approval from key tastemakers such as The Guardian, Billboard, MTV, Attitude Magazine, NOISEY, Popjustice, Wonderland, CLASH, Missguided and BBC Radio (Introducing, Radio 1 & 1Xtra).

In 2014 she released singles “Somebody” & “If You Let Me Go”, which reached the Top 5 on both Billboard & Music Week's Dance Charts, as well as winning MTVU Freshmen & MTV IGGY’s Artist of the Week. In 2015, she continued to build her unique blend of dark synth-pop with her single Raided, a Spotify fan favorite which also had support from BBC Introducing & was playlisted on BBC Radio 1Xtra. The singer also contributed her writing & vocal talents on label-mate Kristian Nairn’s single entitled “4Love” & rising producer CRUELS’ single “Give It Up”, both of which received massive support worldwide. The songstress released her self-titled debut album in 2016 & the lead single “Save It” peaked at #22 on Billboard Magazine’s Dance Club Chart.
